MEGAN DEVLIN, General Manager
Megan is originally from Toronto, Canada. In October 2001, with fifteen years of fitness industry experience on
her resume, she came to San Francisco to join Western Athletic Clubs as General Manager of Golden Gateway Tennis &
Swim Club. Since Bay Club Marin's inception, Megan has been responsible for the successful management of pre-opening,
marketing and operations. Prior to joining WAC, Megan was general manager of Sports Club of Canada and employee development
trainer for eleven full service clubs. For the past eleven years Megan has also worked for Nike Canada as a sponsored
athlete, spokesperson and choreographer for the Nike Demonstration Team. Megan's commitment to high standards of service,
her entrepreneurial spirit, mentoring management style and her natural hospitality have made her the ideal choice to
lead Bay Club Marin. She says, "We're honored to have become such an active part of the Marin community and we look
forward to providing enriching and rewarding experiences that will enhance members' lives for many years to come."

JEFF SUE, Director of Operations
Jeff joined Bay Club Marin in December of 2004. Prior to his appointment here, he was the Sports Desk Manager for
the Pacific Athletic Club (PAC), a sister club located in Redwood Shores. He began at PAC in 2000 as the Membership
Director and was later promoted to Sports Desk Manager, where he oversaw various operational areas, including the sports
desk, valet, van drivers, and golf departments. Jeff helped foster his commitment to delivering exceptional customer
service with new employees by conducting new employee orientations and managing employee training programs. He graduated
from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor of arts in psychology. He says, "It is my goal to
continue to work closely with members and staff to help create the best service and Club experience possible for our
members and their guests. When I was with PAC, I also provided management support to Bay Club Marin during its grand
opening and am very excited to now be an integral part of the management team."

AMY CAMPBELL, Childcare Director
Amy joined the Club in October 2002 after having traveled the U.S. and the Caribbean as a manager with a windsurfing
tour company. Earlier she worked in an elementary school as a tutor for young children. Amy graduated with a degree in
child development from University of California at Riverside in 1995. She is proud of the childcare program, saying:
"I hope to grow our child and youth programs and to continue to offer exceptional services to Bay Club Marin's parents and
children. I want the Play Club and KidSpace to be exciting places where kids have fun, learn and have a place of their own
while mom and dad are working out in the Club. My staff and I enjoy watching the kids grow up and are thrilled to be a part
of the Bay Club Marin family community."

ERIN FLEMING, Yoga Director
In March 2005, Erin was promoted to Yoga Director after three years as Yoga Coordinator. Erin's enthusiasm and devotion
to yoga began more than fifteen years ago following an extensive dance career. She has studied under renowned yoga teachers
Sarah Powers, Eric Schiffmann and Paul Grilley. While living in England, Erin became certified by the prestigious British
Wheel of Yoga in 2000. She continues to draw her inspiration from a blend of the essential aspects of Ashtanga, Vinyasa,
Iyengar, Viniyoga, Anusara and Yin Yoga practices, as well as guided and silent meditations. Her classes at Bay Club Marin
are a creative, mindful synthesis of flowing postures and breath awareness. Erin leads retreats and workshops locally and
nationally.

BERRY FOSTER, Director of Membership & Accounting
Berry started with Bay Club Marin in 2002 as Director of Membership and she's been an integral part of the Club's
business office. Berry was promoted in September 2004 to Director of Membership and Accounting where she oversees the
entire operation of the business office and accounting. She says, "I'm honored to be part of a great team and I look
forward to continuing to provide the high-quality service to members that Bay Club Marin is known for."

KATE HANTMAN, CNE, CDC, Nutritionist
Kate arrived at Bay Club Marin with twelve years of experience in the nutrition field and a passion for educating clients
about creating wellness through nutrition. By evaluating the nutritional needs of her clients, she is able to create customized
meal programs based on dietary principles, food selection, and menu adaptation. Kate's nutrition programs are specifically created
to meet the demands of each client's diverse daily lifestyles. "My goal is to empower each client with food," said Kate. "Each
person has their own unique body composition and chemistry and although the physical and emotional problems my clients deal with
may be similar, solutions will often vary from individual to individual."
Kate was Head Nutritionist at Casa Spa and Fitness in Manhattan and worked with New York's power elite through her private
nutritional consulting service, "Healthy Kate." Kate's nutritional information has been featured in a variety of media such as:
The Discovery Channel, Vogue, W magazine, PilatesStyle magazine and New York Magazine's "Best
of New York" issue.
Kate looks forward to bringing her wealth of expertise and commitment to changing the world one diet at a time to Bay Club Marin's members.

ELIZABETH LARKAM, Director of Pilates & Beyond
Elizabeth has been the Director of Pilates & Beyond at Western Athletic Clubs since 2000. She is a lecturer at the University of
San Francisco in exercise and sports science, a Mind/Body spokesperson for the American Council on Exercise, and a Reebok Master
Trainer. She is also a member of the advisory board of Pilates Style magazine. Elizabeth began her study of Pilates-evolved
techniques in 1985 while teaching dance at Stanford University. A guild-certified Felderkrais practitioner and certified Gyrotonic
and Gyrokinesis instructor, Elizabeth also spent fifteen years as Pilates and Dance Medicine Specialist at the Center for Sports
Medicine at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco.
Elizabeth presents lectures and instructor training workshops at international conferences, including IHRSA, IDEA World,
BodyMindSpirit, Pilates Method Alliance, ACSM, FitPro in the U.K., and World Class in Russia. In addition, she has conducted
professional training courses throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. Elizabeth has appeared on CNN's "New Year,
New You" hosted by Sanjay Gupta, ABC's "This Morning" and CBS' "Home Show." Her clients have included the dancers of the San
Francisco Ballet, Olympic champion skiers and the artists of Cirque du Soleil, "O," and "Mystere."

JAMES LENT, Front Desk Manager
James joined our team as the Membership Director in 2005 where he worked behind the scenes in the Business Office. He
achieved great success serving our members with billing and membership inquiries and was promoted to Front Desk Manager
a year later. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, with a bachelor of arts in English literature
and has worked in finance and customer service since his graduation. Aside from his contributions to the frontline and
business operations of the Club, James has been a weekly participant of our Health and Harmony Program with Big Brothers
Big Sisters. James is a Bay Area native and is excited to work with and influence the youth from his community in a positive way.

JEFF MCMULLEN, Group Exercise Director
Jeff is a nationally certified personal trainer and a group exercise instructor with ACE, ACSM and NASM. He has over
fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry. He began his athletic career as a collegiate cheerleader for Penn State
University, was a regional Sport Aerobic champion, a national aerobic competitor and a fitness calendar model. He holds a
bachelor of science degree in landscape architecture from Penn State University with continuing education work at the
master's level in exercise physiology from Temple University in Philadelphia. Since relocating to northern California
in 2002, Jeff has collaborated with Sports Club LA, Crunch Fitness, Equinox Fitness and The San Francisco Bay Club.
Jeff is a master trainer for Gliding and BodyRev and has volunteered as a coach and trainer for the American Cancer
Society, American Heart Association, National Arthritis Foundation and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Jeff's
dedication and love for fitness stems from a pivotal experience in his youth. At the age of fourteen he was diagnosed
with a rare form of muscular dystrophy known as polymyositis, which causes inflammation of the body's muscular tissue.
He credits his miraculous recovery to movement and physical therapy and he hasn't stopped attempting to inspire others
towards healthy lifestyles since. "It's both an honor and pleasure to be appointed to such a position. I've been here
since the club's inception, I love what I do here and this takes it to a whole new perspective!"

JENNIFER MONTALBANO, Director of Health & Fitness
Jennifer came to us in 2002 from the University of San Francisco, where she was the Fitness/Wellness Director
of the Koret Center. Jennifer holds a bachelor of science in exercise physiology from Cal State Chico and has earned
her master's degree in sports and fitness management from USF. She is also certified by the American College of Sports
Medicine as a Health/Fitness Instructor. Jennifer says, "My goal is to ensure that our members have access to top-quality
personal trainers, with a variety of personalities, who provide the best customer service possible." Jennifer's hobbies
include snow boarding, running and an occasional triathlon! She is originally from Sebastopol and now lives with her
husband, Vince, in Petaluma.

VINCE MONTALBANO, Director of Facilities
Vince joined Bay Club Marin in August 2003 as Director of Facilities. Before coming to the Club, Vince was an IBEW
Local Six electrician in San Francisco. He completed a tour in the U.S. Navy while he worked in the trades, specializing
in electrical engineering. Vince is one of Bay Club Marin's most active employees, participating in many sports activities
and our varied community outreach programs. He volunteers regularly for the Health & Harmony Program, a special pilot
program with Bay Club Marin and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Marin and Napa Counties. Vince plays in the Club basketball
league and regularly joins the Monday night indoor soccer games. Vince also teaches new employee orientations for new Bay
Club Marin team members. About his experience joining Bay Club Marin, Vince says, "I volunteered at the Club for several
events and enjoyed applying my abilities in such a positive environment."

VERONIQUE STAMETS, Housekeeping Director
Veronique is part of the original team that opened Bay Club Marin's doors in 2002. She was an integral part of the
Sports Desk team, and her experience and relationships with the Club's members and staff made Veronique an ideal
candidate for the Housekeeping Supervisor position, which she accepted in February 2005. Her career history includes
working with Williams Sonoma, Inc. and Marin General Hospital. She says, "During the past two years I have met and
have gotten to know many members. Along with the rest of the Housekeeping Department, I look forward to continuing to
improve the quality of our members' experience with our efforts."
Veronique is a regular volunteer for the Heath and Harmony Program of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Marin and
Napa Counties.
