After a hectic day, enjoy a refreshing plunge in our 25-yard indoor pool. Or perhaps you'll enroll in one of
our aquatic fitness programs, swim some laps or sign up for a lesson.
Our staff of experienced instructors will provide a variety of aquatic programs. All of our aquatic staff members
are Red Cross-certified water safety instructors with a wide range of swimming and teaching experience and our programs
offer a variety of aquatic activities.
Masters Swimming
Masters Swimming is an adult program designed to encourage fitness through swimming. It offers structured
training sessions, most often through the Masters Swim club. Masters Swimming provides a great opportunity to
increase physical fitness, improve stroke techniques, receive regular coaching and participate in social
activities. Masters Swimming is for any level of expertise, whether you are trying to improve your lap swimming
or prepare for international competition.
Masters Lite
Masters Lite is a program of organized swim workouts for adults of all skill levels, whether you want to keep
in shape and increase performance or practice specialized training for competition. Coach Neil Fraser structures
the workouts and provides feedback on technique. Masters Lite participants practice training strategies and skills,
such as interval training, aerobic and anaerobic pace work, and using a pace clock. Workouts include stroke drills,
kicking and pulling, with an emphasis on proper technique. Yardage per workout averages between 1,000 and 1,900
yards (approximately 50-90 lengths of the pool.)
Swim Stroke Analysis
These clinics are limited to members only, with a maximum of two participants. Your instructor will analyze your
stroke and provide recommendations for corrections and drills.
Swim Stroke Video Analysis and Clinics
In these sessions the swimmer is videotaped under and above the water. The stroke is immediately analyzed and visually
corrected by the coach right at poolside. The coach makes recommendations and assigns drills.
Private Swim Lessons
Learn how to swim or improve your efficiency, speed and endurance in all four strokes. We can arrange a schedule to meet your needs.
