Bay Club Marin has created two beautiful mind & body studios with state-of-the-art sound systems, suspended
hardwood floors, and soft lighting where students can practice yoga and Pilates unencumbered by the fast-paced gym
atmosphere. Our Mind & Body program offers a full range of yoga styles, with something for everyone. Members have
unlimited access to several class options each day, seven days a week.
Yoga is born of an ancient Indian tradition and is a deeply inward practice that seeks to unite the body, mind
and spirit. On a purely physical level, yoga rejuvenates the body and balances the nervous system. On a deeper level,
yoga brings clarity to the mind, openness to the heart and a sense of inner vitality to the entire being.
For beginners, we offer several ways for you to become acquainted with yoga including beginning Vinyasa, Iyengar
and Yin Yoga. We offer frequent Introduction to Yoga workshops and we encourage one-on-one private sessions with any
of our teachers.
The Bay Club offers many workshops for beginners, advanced practitioners and yoga teachers. Taught by nationally
recognized teachers as well as our own staff, these two- to four-hour workshops are designed to enhance and enrich
the yoga experience.
Private Yoga Sessions and Packages are available whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
