Dancing with Michael
Master Teacher Michael Parra whips together all sorts of music and dance styles in this heart pounding, non-stop, 90 - minute class. Michael can teach anyone to dance! He will show you how to make the most of your moves whether they’re ballet or hip-hop. Each of the four sessions repeats and progresses the same sequence. Performing a sophisticated dance combination like a pro. Michael Parra is a former professional ballet dancer who won the 2004 Milly award for directing his own dance company. His mission is to evoke the artist in everyone.

TRX Kick-It
This fierce TRX-KICK-IT Series is designed to kick butt! Intense plyometric drills will be combined with the Total Body Resistance Training system (TRX) to enhance foundational kicks (front, side, back-side, spin) and jumps for an amazing cardio and strengthening workout.
